What About It...?
"Getting Comfortable with the Uncomfortable"
Welcome, Chime In Nation family — and those just stepping in. This is your go-to space for real talk, raw thoughts, and honest conversations. Whether you’re here to rant, rave, reflect, or just listen, this is your space to speak your truth — and maybe find that missing piece of the puzzle we’re all searching for.
What About It..? is more than talk. It’s learning, growing, and sometimes laughing our way through the uncomfortable. We dive deep, push boundaries, and get a little messy — and yeah, I cuss a little.
A family member once told me they’re just “sentence enhancers.”
Behind the podcast is GRIT. Do the Hard Thing. Not Easy. Worth It.
GRIT is the standard I try to live by — choosing growth over comfort, truth over optics,
and action when it would be easier to stay quiet. If it feels uncomfortable, it’s probably the work.
This is a safe, welcoming space where your voice matters.
Let’s get comfortable with the uncomfortable — together.

My Story
I’m Clement — host of What About It.
I created this show because I kept missing the quiet nudges right in front of me.
The moments where something felt off, lined up, or kept repeating — and I ignored it until life got loud.
I’ve lived a full, messy, meaningful life. Built businesses. Raised two incredible kids. Coached for over 20 years. Learned more about people in locker rooms than I ever did in boardrooms.
I’m not here because I have answers. I’m here because I’m willing to talk about the questions —
honestly, openly, and without pretending it’s easy. What About It is about getting comfortable with the uncomfortable.
It’s about noticing the whisper before consequences force the lesson. And doing the hard thing when it matters.
There are real conversations here. Sometimes with guests. Sometimes just me.
A little humor. Some truth. A few sentence enhancers.
If something here hits home, you’re not alone.
That’s what Chime In Nation is for.
Not easy. Worth it.
Kisêwâtisiwin — Be kind.
